Mallik: Respected Forum members can any one helpe me the guidance/regulatory doc pertaining to the facility qualification / validation of the Corticosteroids & Hormones (endocrine &exocrine) in solid orals and Parenteral dosage forms with respect to product change over and maximum allowable residue.

Soctt: I have not been sleeping at all since I was a little kids bed. I remember taking 4 or 5 hours to go to sleep. I need help and I need to know wht to ask my Dr.'s on the 12. I need something that will just knock me out. Ambien doesnt work unless I take 5 or 6, Trazadone doesnt work, Buspiron, etc. Do you know of any medications I coud ask for?

soupy: What is it like practicing pharmacy where insurance has no bearing? In the United States insurance companies have formularies and prior authorization processes that tie up our time. Prerequisite therapy keeps us busy working for the insurance company with out reimbursement. Very frustrating.
